Vivian graduated from MacArthur High School and then attended the University of the Incarnate Word, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business.
Though not a native Texan, Vivian grew up in the state, particularly in San Antonio.
For nine years, Vivian has served as a substitute teacher for NEISD at the Design and Technology Academy (DATA) Magnet Program at Ed White Middle School. Before that, she managed a small family business.
After getting married, she embraced the rewarding role of a stay-at-home mom, proudly nurturing and raising her three wonderful boys.
Vivian resides in Windcrest with her husband of 20 years.
Windcrest has always felt like home since her family moved to the community. Her primary reason for wanting to serve on the WEDC board is simple: she loves Windcrest and wants the city to continue to thrive.
