The city of Windcrest is going through a significant change as Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) has acquired the Rackspace Property. ICP intends to build a mixed-use commercial/industrial project that will create more than 1,200 job opportunities in the community. This project will result in a regional boost of over $178 million annually in sales and payrolls, which is truly a world-class achievement for Windcrest.
